La piscine n'est pas en service ( mi octobre) L'ascenseur s arrete 2cm plus bas que le plancher ce qui supose un probleme avec le chariot qu il faut soulever. Petit dejeuner tres moyen, produits de qualite minimale, pas de jus d'orange frais

Property doesn’t live up to the splendor it obviously used to be. Maintenance is lacking in many areas, from elevator buttons that are broken to a shower that wobbles and has little flow. Staff don’t seem concerned. I appeared at desk using a cane for mobility and I was issued a room with a loft - stairs needed to access the bedroom and washroom. What??? Not impressed.

Si no fuese por la buena atención de los empleados le daba 1*, el hotel con camas viejas y súper incómodas; el baño a gotear agua desde el techo. La limpieza no muy buena pero válida para pasar una noche rápida.

The air conditioning often was not enough: 30 degree was to much to sleep well. The buffet, instead, was very rich and good quality.

The room was clean and spacious, but disappointed the only bathroom was up in the loft area. The lobby bathroom never seemed to have toilet paper, but front desk as able to help out there.

No me gusto que nos mezclaran con los grupos de viajes de estudios, estando con dos niños y que no durmieron por el ruido y gritos. La señorita de recepción fue muy amable al atender la incidencia e intentar resolverla sin ninguna excusa.

Hotel antigo, com bom custo benefício
O hotel é antigo, há alguns itens a consertar mas tem um bom custo benefício. Fica a uns 20 min de carro do centro de Sevilha e possui muito espaço para estacionamento. Os quartos são amplos. Café da manhã opcional e pago a parte.

Helaas was het zwembad dicht.
Een ru s tdsg bij het zwembad ging niet door omdat het zeembad al dicht was. Dat veracht je niet bij 34 graden. Verder was het prima. Een lampje deed het niet, maar werd direct verholpen. Het ontbijt was erg goed.

It s the worst experience in all my life. The enter to my room at 00h00 without my permission and they took a bed. We found a lot of bedbugs ( video as proof ) , until 3am you can not sleep a lot of noise especially teenage also they nocked the doors and they run ( as kids) ............ I need my money back

Las instalaciones no están mal. Se ve el paso del tiempo y poco mantenimiento. Las camas endebles y pequeñas. lavabo y baño tragaban mal y poca presión en la ducha.El desayuno estupendo.

Good food but noisy place
The hote staff is very friendly and helpful. Good tips for trips to Sevilla and surroundings. Restaurant, including breakfast, serves tasty food. Unfortunately you can tell the hotel is struggling post-covid. To make ends meet, the ballroom is rented out for parties (filling up the car park). We asked for a room on the opposite side of the busy road but we had the feeling the parties on that side of the hotel were worse. There are also large groups staying. This can range in age groups from 15-95. We lucked out and had teenagers running rampant in the hallways until the wee hours of the morning . The rooms and hallways echo anyway and not all guests keep this in mind. Bring earplugs for a somewhat restful sleep. Swimming pool was closed (no water in there). The grounds (garden?) around the hotel look unkempt. If we had known in advance that there would be parties all three nights of our stay, we would have booked elsewhere. It's a pity the parties and the absence of the pool isn't mentioned anywhere.

Si vas a llegar tarde procura parar en el pueblo, en el hotel no te serviran ni un bocadillo frio. Un 4 estrellas con servicio de restauración de una pensión. INCOMPRENSIBLE te dicen que la cocina esta cerrada, 11 de la noche, y que en el pueblo hay un telepiza. La categoria y calificacion de un hotel tambien se mide en el servicio de restauracion y que te digan que han cerrado la cocina, sin opcion a una cena fria. Y te sugieran coger el coche y despkazarte al pueblo es para pensarse volver.

We checked into the hotel in the evening, approximately 8:00pm We decided to have our dinner prior to retiring to our room; when we arrived to our room, it was occupied with other guests who had already retired - we were all startled!

Super hotel a 30 mm de seville ( voiture obligatoire ) Helas isolation phonique inexistantes entre les chiens du quartier et le coq du centre equestre le reveil et voir les nuits sont courtes Sinon chambres propres et personnels sympas La piscine pourrait etre mieux entretenus encore des efforts a faire

Hotel de ciudad ubicado en un pueblo
Una muy buena relación calidad precio, habitaciones amplias y cómodas con muy buena limpieza. Solo para mí un fallo y es en los desayunos que retiran todo aunque estés desayunando sin preguntar y sin embargo no reponen adecuadamente las faltas.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son grandes y el personal del hotel son muy agradables. No me gustaron ni el horario de la piscina porque cierra muy temprano en verano y la limpieza de la misma

Hôtel très agréable personnel aussi piscine aussi est très sympathique Le restaurant est à fuir pizza surgelée servie froide une heure d’attente personne pas aimable A éviter à tout prix même prendre une on attend 20 minutes, la cuisine est du surgelé et le personnel se permet d’être très antipathique un désastre culinaire
