I spent eight days here solo and was sad to leave. It had become very homey as I'd gotten to know the surrounding neighborhoods. Small, simple, safe/clean... I will happily stay here again!

Located in the heart of Sanremo, but very quiet. Clean rooms, at a fair price, with an easy electronic check-in and codes to enter the property. We liked the availability of a fridge, water, coffee and tea. During a very hot summer, the air conditioner was outstanding.

Avantages : tres centrale, propre. Points fiables : 3Úme etage sans ascensur et le code pour le portail recu via whatsapp bloqué. J'ai attendu un petit quart d'heure avant d'etre rappelé par l'hote, qui a réactivé le code.Peut etre il faudrait laisser dans la chambre la cles du portail.

Camera ristrutturata, nuova e pulita. Peccato 2 letti singoli uniti invece di un matrimoniale intero....letto scomodissimo si apriva al centro nonostante il topper. Erano meglio tenerli divisi.

Acceptable stay for one day.

It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum. Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay.

Defenitively the best place in Sanremo, the place was more than what I expected and the staff was very helpful and acomodating. Acess to the property was very easy also, and the location is prime, where restaurants and bars are located! I highly recommend

Superbra lÀge i centrala Sanremo. Enkel incheckning. Trevlig personal, men ett litet minus för att den personal vi trÀffade inte ens kunde enkla fraser pÄ engelska. Rent och frÀscht rum, men lyhört. Funkar bra om du bara ska stanna nÄgra nÀtter och vill ha nÄgonstans att sova.

Idéalement situé

Super emplacement, au troisiĂšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, mais avec tout ce qu'on mange ça ne fait pas de mal 😉. Chambres trĂšs propres rĂ©novĂ©es avec goĂ»t assez spacieuses. Un petit coin d entrĂ©e apprĂ©ciable avec un frigo avec des paniers numĂ©rotĂ©s pour chaque chambre. J'ai eu l occasion de contacter la Team d Emily Rooms et impeccable trĂšs rĂ©actif. Je recommande vivement Top

Une nuit a sanremo

Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet Ă©tablissement . C’est un self checking donc nous ne l’avons aucun contact avec le staff w la chambre est trĂšs petite mais trĂšs propre. L’emplacement est trĂšs bien. C’est pratique pour une nuit mais pas plus .

Confortable et bien situé, mais bruyant

Appartement transformé en hotel, assez original. Petite chambre, mais convenablement équipée et propre. L'accÚs se fait complÚtement sans clé (appel à un numéro gratuit pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble, et code pour la chambre). TrÚs bien situé. Seul bémol, ma chambre donnait cÎté rue, et c'était trÚs bruyant jusque tard le soir, et trÚs tÎt le matin.

Ottimo- ci torneremo!! Comodissima come posizione. Molto comodo il check-in e check-out. Unico limite forse il non avere un luogo 'custodito' per lasciare le valigie- c'Ăš un ripostiglio ma non Ăš chiaro il passaggio e dove lasciare poi le chiavi a fine giornata avendo lasciato la stanza (probabilmente bastava chiedere). Detto questo- posto fantastico, pulitissimo, bello e curato nei minimi dettaglio. Macchina del cafĂš nell'ingresso comod. Forse l'avrei presa a ccialde e non che macina il cafĂš perchĂš presto alla mattina si ha paura di svegliare gli altri ospiti. CafĂš comunque buono! Siamo stati davvero molto bene.

Viste le recensioni mi aspettavo qualcosa di piĂč (la stanza era molto piccola, il letto a una piazza e mezza, no tendine solo tendoni oscuranti), ma nell'insieme Ăš stata un'esperienza positiva. Staff disponibile anche se a distanza. Posizione eccellente.

Ottima location

In centro praticamente a pochi passi dalla via centrale di Sanremo. Al terzo piano peccato sia senza ascensore per cui non adatto a persone con mobilitĂ  ridotta. Molto confortevole e graziosa la stanza . Macchina del caffĂš (ottimo peraltro) Mi Ăš piaciuta molto l'idea di un frigo comune con contenitori riservati alla stanza dove poter riporre cose per la colazione. Ci ritornerĂČ senz'altro.

Appartement dans une ruelle au 3e étage sans ascenseur, mais une fois arrivés c est le bonheur ! TrÚs accueillant avec dans l entrée, une machine à expresso et frigo à disposition + une fontaine à eau... Tout est neuf et décoré avec goût ! Une jolie trouvaille à un prix tout doux ! Profitez-en pour visiter San Remo et tester les nombreux restaurants aux alentours ! Superbe endroit pour un agréable week-end en amoureux ! On vous conseille la bodeguita au pied de l immeuble qui vous propose des tapas, des pizzas, des hamburgers etc... et surtout une biÚre maison trÚs douce ! Bon séjour !
