"The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club."

"This is an excellent central location along the harbour with beautiful pool on the top. the staff are efficient and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice patios overlooking a square , comfortable bedding. Equiped with a hairdryer , no ironing board but iron provided on request. A few more hangers would be nice. The only thing that could make the accommodation better is if there was an option for queen size beds for couples instead of all being two singles. I highly recommend this as a reasonably priced option in a location where everything is available, with wonderful restaurants within a short walk and options for touristing close by. "Although I didn’t spend much time at the hotel, I thought it was an excellent choice. I could have spent several days just enjoying the amenities. The breakfast had plenty of options, and I enjoyed eating on the terrace while enjoying the view. The staff were also very helpful when I needed something. I wish I had stayed longer."

"If you’re considering this hotel for a special occasion, do yourself a favor and keep looking. I wish I had listened to the reviews before booking. My fiancée and I chose this property to celebrate our engagement and noted that in advance. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like a transaction. Even the engagement amenity came more than an hour after we settled in. The rooftop staff were rude, condescending, and disengaged. Service felt transactional, and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. The room was far from luxury. The “Sea View” category is misleading, with major obstructions not shown in photos. The room had drainage issues, lacked basic amenities, and the bed creaked all night. There was no fitted sheet, and the pillows were flat. The food was poor. Breakfast lacked flavor, the poolside menu felt like frozen food at premium prices, and the “Margherita” pizza was basically cheese pizza with a basil leaf on top. My interaction with Jose Luis said everything. When I shared our concerns, he smiled through much of the conversation and showed little empathy. He said last year’s staff had been replaced and that he was happy with the current team. When I mentioned the beds, he cut me off and said, “I know the beds. I sleep here often.” When we chose to leave after one night of a three-night stay, the focus stayed on how I would not get my deposit back, not on fixing the experience. This did not feel like growing pains. This felt like the identity of the operation."

"The food was honestly very poor and cheap quality produce. The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. The room look like they have been refurbished cheaply, wallpaper hanging off, very outdated kitchen appliances too. The plastic balcony railing is very dangerous and wobbles so please consider if travelling with young children. Most of the staff look like they don’t want to be there (except the cleaning crew who were lovely). The reception staff weren’t even able to tell us what the wifi password was and we had to ask for beach towels instead of being given them straight away at check in. Good pool facilities for children."

"Notre séjour au Abrat était parfait, belle chambre, immeuble propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons aimé nos repas de demi pension et l’aide des employés fut apprécié pour nous aider avec le taxi et la location d’un scooter. L’hotel nous avait été recommandé et nous le recommandons également."
