Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt, und sehr schön mit einem großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war gross mit einer schönen ebenerdigen Dusche. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten ein Traum. An den beiden Pools hat man immer eine freue Liege bzw. einen Stuhl bekommen. Die Terrasse direkt in Richtung Strand war auch wunderbar. Auch hier gab es immer freie Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und bemüht. Beim Frühstück gab es alles, was man sich so wünschen kann, von frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Pfannkuchen, Käse, Wurst, herrliches Obst zu leckerem Gebäck. Wir haben nur einmal das Dinner in Buffettform gegessen. Auch hier war die Auswahl fantastisch und alles lecker. An den Bars gab es eine große Auswahl an Drinks zu nicht überteuerten Preisen. Abends gab es hochklassigen Entertainment auf der Terrasse zum Meer hin. Tolle Livebands. Haben wir sehr genossen. Also wir geben dem Hotel eine 10/10!!!!

Lovely and spacious hotel in an excellent location. Internal and outside facilities were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size with comfortable bed / linen and also effective air con. Very good breakfast, good coffee.

Kamer was heel vies bij aankomst. Bij de receptie wat van gezegd en gelijk in orde gemaakt/ schoongemaakt en stond een fles cava en twee glazen als excuus. Dus heel netjes opgelost. Verder vonden wij de kamer gedateerd. Best veel beschadigingen aan het meubilair, vloer en badkamer. Oude muffe gang en deuren naar de kamers. De faciliteiten zoals het zwembad, ligbedden, de bar, het eten et cetera was allemaal goed en gezellige vibe. Fijn en enthousiast personeel. Live muziek in de avond en yoga lessen e.d. Leuk maar klein boulevardje direct ervoor. Maar voor meer drukte en vertier moet je wel een auto hebben.

Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und waren sehr begeistert von der Anlage. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und ohne HP. Frühstück war top. Von frischen Obst bis hinzu frischen Eierspeissen gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Manko am Hotel: die Betten sind sehr hart. Um das Hotel waren vereinzelte Lokale zum Abendessen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte da das Hotel abgelegen ist.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel du restaurant était particulièrement agréable et efficace, et les buffets du petit déjeuner comme du dîner étaient variés et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est un vrai point fort, avec un accès direct à la plage, ce qui est très appréciable. Les deux piscines sont propres et agréables, et l’hôtel est globalement bien entretenu. Les lits sont confortables, nous avons très bien dormi. Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux et les informations sur les services de l’hôtel plus complètes à l’arrivée. Le ménage manquait parfois de rigueur (tasses non nettoyées, sable resté au sol, serviettes séchant difficilement), et le hammam du spa n’était pas fonctionnel durant notre séjour. Malgré ces détails, l’expérience reste très positive et nous recommandons cet établissement.

Le personnel est tout simplement irréprochable : toujours souriant, disponible et attentif au moindre détail pour rendre le séjour parfait. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, modernes et parfaitement équipées. La literie est d’un confort exceptionnel, garantissant des nuits reposantes après de belles journées sur l’île. La vue est à couper le souffle et ajoute une touche magique à l’expérience. Les installations de l’hôtel sont de très grande qualité : piscine superbe, espaces communs élégants, ambiance relaxante et luxueuse à la fois. Le restaurant mérite également une mention spéciale pour la qualité de ses plats, variés et délicieux. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement d’Ibiza tout en restant dans un cadre calme et reposant. We arrived for check in after 4pm. Staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink, so we followed the lovely gentleman to the outside bar where we were offered a glass of champagne or orange juice which was nice. However, we were then sorted of abandoned. We finished our drinks and just sat for a while before heading back to the reception area to continue checking in - a bit odd! The room was basic but pleasant. There was only one sachet of coffee and no milk or sugar for hot drinks so we bought these ourselves. Our remote control for the TV didn't work but there wasn't much worth watching anyway so it wasn't a problem. We used the pool and had a cocktail each there. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced.

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

The staff were unhelpful and slow | there was an earwig in our “clean” towels, wood lice all over the room and a centipede on the sofa | there is no double glazing or sound proofing so you are woken up at 7am every morning with the cleaners shouting at each other | staff playing blearing music from their phones | there is not enough parking so you have to park elsewhere | there are no ashtrays on balcony’s or anywhere | the only good thing about this hotel is the location by the beach and restaurants

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen war aber schon ruhig gelegen. Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Kellner sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hingegen sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eher unhöflich, nicht und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage und des guten Essens aber weiter empfehlen.
