Nice hotel with good facilities, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food ok but bland, which was fine so didn’t overeat 😂

Loved this hotel - very central to shops and a 3-5 min walk to the beach - all the staff are very friendly frbut m reception to the bar staff , I want to recognise Mohammed young man working in the bar he was so friendly and superb customer service , the entertainment is brilliant lead by Ally he is so much so fun puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone enjoys their holidays , he would be a miss if he ever left for sure - if you’re on the fence about booking don’t hesitate brilliant value for money

Comfortable and clean room. Daytime activities were just right - fun to take part in or just watch from the loungers. Plenty of space to sit or lounge. Evening entertainment was great and offered a good mix. Particularly liked the food. Great choice, different theme each night, vegetarian and vegan well-catered for. I was pleased to see that sometimes options ran out, suggesting a focus on reducing food waste.

A lovely stay in Cala Millor Garden. Very friendly place. This is our 3rd visit and we went a little earlier this year so not everything seemed to be up and running and the weather a little changeable but a lovely break none the less

The hotel is adults only but it is opposite a kids play area and there is a go kart place that we could hear in our room until it finishes at 12 midnight. There are big smelly bins that you have to walk past outside the hotel each day too. The shops are close by as is the beach too so in a great location overall. It would be good if they had some cocktails of the day to try. The food was ok and a good selection of choice and veggie options too.

Back from a nice relaxing 5 night stay at this hotel. The pool, garden, location and entertainment were all spot on, excellent. Sadly the food lets this hotel down given the 4* rating, some nights we struggled to find appealing options for main courses or were eating repetitive meals. Other than that it was great.

Overall good. Hotel refused to provide aircon.

Overall was good. However refused to turn on air con due to it being ‘out of season’ so had to sleep with balcony door open. Building site next door kept us up as they started work around 4am. Reception didn’t seem concerned and shrugged this off. Food was very good. All inclusive recommended.

We wanted to do late check out. They Said it was not possible because they were fully booked. We went in to hotels.com and We could book room. Strange was after we did that Booking We asked if We could stay in the same room. No problem they said. So it was not true that they were full. The attitude of the man who was working in the reception in the evenings was bad. My feeling was he was lazy and did not care. On the bus to the airport we talked to other guest who had the same experience with this person. Daytime reception staff was super nice.

While the hotel was lovely the food let it down.I am not a fan of buffets as the food is never hot as was the case here.I didn’t think the choice was that good either.There was 3 in our party and every morning and evening trying to get 2 tables to push together was at times challenging.Haven’t done a hotel holiday for years and was so looking forward to this one so much but was very disappointed considering it’s a 4star.

Der Aufenthalt war O.K. aber auch nicht mehr. Essenauswahl überschaubar. Im Speisesaal sind die Tische viel zu eng gesetzt. Schade fand ich, dass in 1 Woche auf dem Zimmer die Trink-Gläser nie ausgetauscht wurden obwohl sie verschmutz/gebraucht waren. Ansonsten gute Lage in zweiter Reihe, schöne Gartenanlage. Meines Erachtens aber keine 4 Sterne wert.

Gefühlt leider eher ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Kleine Zimmer, keine Taschentücherbox im Bad, kein Begrüßungsgetränk o. ä., keine Möglichkeit etwas zuzubereiten (wenigstens Wasserkocher...), nicht mal ein Kugelschreiber und ein Stück Papier... Empfehlung für Neugäste: Wer auch tagsüber mal Zimmerruhe sucht, dann Zimmer abseits der Fahrstühle buchen, dort viel Begängnis und Krach bis in die hellhörigen Zimmer. Duschwanne sehr rutschig, Klimaanlage sehr laut, Betten bequem. Essen eher einfach in Qualität und Auswahl, eng und laut im Speiseraum. Jedoch kein Problem bei Sonderkostwunsch (wg. Allergie). Pooltücher nur gg. Gebühr (!), Baliliegen ebenfalls. Verdirbt den Urlaubsspaß...! Positiv: Parkplätze vorm Hotel kostenlos und ausreichend.

Good hotel - less that 10 mins to the beach - close to shops as well. Bedroom was well fitted. The food was ok - but not amazing. Entertainment during day & in evening was varied - and on the whole good. Couldn't pay contactless for anything, had to use cash. Indoor pool/spa/sauna was great as it rained a couple of days (unfortunate). Would stay again.

Hotel solo adultos con buffet un poco justo

Check-in con bebida de cortesía y al llegar tarde posibilidad de cena fría. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien con dos piscinas, jacuzzi, campo de volei-playa, tenis, zona ajardinada. Habitación un poco justa de tamaño pero correcta. A pesar de haberse renovado hay zonas que ya están un poco deterioradas. La zona de recepción, la decoración no es acorde con el resto, ídem con el restaurante. Los colchones en mi opinión son muy blandos (pero eso va en función de gustos). La terraza con vistas al mar no es muy grande pero es suficiente para una mesita con dos sillas y el tendedero.
