Friendly staff, clean lobby, and clean, basic comfortable room (actually at one time I think it was a holiday inn) excellent Neapolitan restaurant in same complex. "

"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. "

Pour aller à la gare et revenir il y a un arrêt de bus à 20mn à pied . Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté pour y accéder. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus on peut accéder par la Porta Nuova pour visiter tous les endroits religieux commençant par BAsilique Sainte Claire et Santa Maria Maggiore où Saint Carlos Acutis se repose et en finissant à...

"This property, with a beautiful view in all directions, was exactly what I was looking for. Check in was easy, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and charmingly spartan. It was very basic, and I found that perfectly appropriate considering we were so very close to the basilica of St. Francis. "It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended."

"Lovely room which was clean and a lovely bathroom and shower. Family run property. Obvious that the whole family did their best to make our stay as lovely as possible. Alicia was delightful and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Too much sweet items for our taste but very beautifully displayed. Didnt use the small spa area, but would suggest the outside area of the spa be given some attention. "It was an excellent location to visit the Basilica Saint Francis. The parking was free and incredibly close. I have been in Assisi many times and I’ve never found such great parking. The owner was very communicative via WhatsApp and he was very helpful. They held our bags for us for the day and were very accommodating. The location can’t be any more central."
