"The property was in a convenient location, but there were some issues. The sink was clogged, but the staffed helped unclogged it. The blanket was damp during the check-in. Also the deadbolt is not aligned, so we could not really lock the room."

"Staff very accommodating despite our inability to speak Italian. Staff patient and cordial and pleasant. Very welcoming. Their shuttle to the airport was easy and professional. We used the train to tour Venice for 2 nights and this was an easy walk, inexpensive, and fun. BRAVO!!!"

"Clean rooms and helpful stuff. We could leave our luggage before check in and stay in the outdoor pool after checkout and take a shower at the pool-house. Very good resturant with a free suttle service nearby. The air conditioner in one room was too weak for summer, in another room was excellent. The 15 euro fee for airport shuttle for one person seem alot since it is a 3 min. drive."

"Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff...

"Stunning stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! Making reservations for the pool was easy and we never had an issue booking a time. The hotel shuttle boat was very convenient and went from 9am-11pm, a short 10 minute ride, it was always on time. I would absolutely stay here again !!!"

"We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious.
