"Spa war keiner im Haus . Vor den fenstern direkt eine Mauer. Personal unfreundlich. Kreditkarte wurden einfach beträge abgezogen wo ich nicht weiss für was ? Dusche war sehr dreckig .nicht geputzt . Wir waren zu viert auf einem zimmer . Das eine bett war das durchgessesene sofa ,das andere zustellbett eine metallbett wie im zeltlager .es war für das geld eine zumutung und schrecklich. "

"What a beautiful hotel. We had the Grand Canal Suite overlooking the Grand Canal and it was gorgeous. Big room with a sitting room to watch the world float by. Breakfast was great every morning and the rooftop bar was excellent! Excellent location close to Rialto bridge. 10/10!"

"Great stay in Venice, highly recommended!
The hotel is excellent, clean, modern, and brand new 1 year old only. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and we had a really great overall experience. It’s also very convenient that they allow luggage storage, and the breakfast was a nice bonus.
The customer service was wonderful, and the staff all speak English, which made everything easy for us. We also really appreciated the drinking water refill station such a thoughtful and practical...

"The rooms were of good size, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Food was very good. Internet is fast and stable. There are games for kids (pinball, table soccer,...).
The public transport is near by (less than 5 mins away). By public transport (bus+tram) it takes ~50-60mins to get to Venice (Piazzale Roma). This worked well for us as we've spent the whole day in Venice."

"Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "
