"Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. "The hotel had just reopened after its winter closure—something we weren’t aware is common for many hotels in Ibiza—and unfortunately, it showed. Upon arrival, the property felt uncomfortably cold, with a broken door in the lobby and no functioning air conditioning in our room. The spa facilities were particularly disappointing.
