No early ck in was offered rejected at door till reservation will become active at 3pm. Returned at 3 and the made me wait to ck in at the big ballroom till my name was called like we were campers then send me to reception were there was a long line that had individuals and groups checking in up to 8 rooms just to add 2 additional ppl then made an additional long line to pay for the added ppl buffet. Once we got to the room the key didn't work and we had to go back to reception to get ot fixed.There were no more space to reserve on their "so called" 6 exclusive restaurants that (by the way are only open for dinner time,) but the general Balan C. buffet restaurant which served the same menu daily just with a different presentation (grilled veggies, chicken tights etc) I was finally able to reserve dinner at the farthest restaurant the last night I was there this place had not illumination due to briken lamps we had to turn on our cellphone cameras in order to see our food, line ppl refused to put more sushi till I pointed out to them they gave us a late dinner reservation for 8:45 pm and it was not my problem they wanted to leave already. Waitresses Alfredo and Mirna were extremely rude never smiled. Mirna almost slammed the sushi plate she brought us at the table and Alfredo kept taking cups, plates, etc without our approval rushing us to finish eating. The only person that seemed to know how to treat guests was Veronica who was serving drinks on Sunday 28th at Balam.buffet
