"When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. "

"A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. "The hotel had an excellent breakfast, very nice and helpful staff and the surroundings are well made, with 3 nice Pools on the area. The hotel is situated beautifully, right next to the Town of Binibequer, with a great view over the coastline. However, there are not that many „real“ beaches within walking distance. If you're looking for that, you need some sort of transport to get there. Also, our bath could have been a bit cleaner and we had issues with the water temperature while showering....

"Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out."
