We loved our stay here! The property was nice and in a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. It was in a great location and we could walk to the Amtrak Station, down to State Street, and to the beach. I would recommend and would stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Beach House Inn! The property was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained, and we especially appreciated how safe and secure the property was. Parking was also excellent, convenient, and hassle-free! Overall, a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

Amazing location and great spot. 4 people sleeping comfortably with a king bed and a sofa bed. Recommended hands down.

We loved staying at this property! Super clean, comfortable and everything was new/ up to date. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, state street and the funk zone.

No interaction is weird, especially if you don’t get a passcode to enter unless you call or message. Aside from that room was quiet and their AC was great. I slept pretty well, wish the bed was a little more comfortable for my hip as a side sleeper. Overall fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location and new apartments which is a big plus. Wonderful kitchen. We had an issue with the noise level from construction next door and had an issue with air conditioner and that wasn't fixed even though we requested help. We would give it another chance though and stay there again.

Great proximity to beach. Surrounding area is rough. Property and rooms are very nice. Recently updated (pictures on website are not current) However, those updates were not done well. Shower heads that leaked, and sprayed water over the shower door and on to the floor. New floring that was not properly adhered to the ground, and i stubbed my toe. Redidue from construction adhesive on the floor. Shower drain not properly covered. No manager on site, had to call more than once just to get proper access to the property and room.

Outside of all inclusive resorts abroad, this is probably my favorite place that I've ever stayed! I will never stay anywhere other than the Beach House Inn on my trips to Santa Barbara. After an unexpected departure from another hotel, we approached The Beach House Inn a bit defeated, but from the moment we stepped on the property, Liz turned everything around for us. This Inn is located in a walkable area - 5 minute walk from the shoreline, 8-10 minutes from state street, the Moxi, train station, coffee shops etc. Another reviewer said the area was rough but I disagree- this is California - the inn is located in a very normal/quaint Santa Barbara neighborhood. The great thing about this Inn is that it is completely gated. From the front entrance by the courtyard, to the parking - you cannot enter by foot or by car without a gate code. You can leave your room, walk into the courtyard and straight onto the sidewalk to head to the beach without going down any stairs. The courtyard - wow. What a beautiful, functional and well maintained space. This is the sort of space you don't realize you're missing in a regular big brand hotel. Grills, bonfire pits with ample seating, and perfectly manicured landscaping. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like family. They work so hard every day and always provided what we needed. The room - EXCELLENT. Spacious, functional, clean, well maintained, new. Ample storage, TV, fireplace and a kitchen! Worth every penny. Book it.
