"Loved The Milo hotel. Would’ve been great to have more time to enjoy this place. We were in ground floor unit which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the people staying upstairs must’ve been a family of elephants who didn’t like sleeping. The stomped around all night at odd hours which kept us awake. When asked how our stay was at check out, I joked about the unfortunate neighbour noise. The staff member didn’t even offer a laugh, let alone an apology. A disappointing end to an otherwise great experience."

"General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing."

"Super clean and comfortable, modern with Santa Barbara style! Good coffee all day and a decent small breakfast assortment in the morning. The location can't be beat, it's about a block to the harbor and a super short walk to the pier or State St for shopping and about any restaurant that could want. We will most certainly stay here when we come back to Santa Barbara!"

"The breakfast did not include actual eggs, sausage or waffles. It was a "continental" mostly cold and ready to eat food. The sheet thread count was low quality- a lot of piling and it was rough -like sandpaper. "

"This place is fantastic. Of course it’s not a five star high-end hotel but it’s great if he has sex nice and clean perfect continental breakfast nice wine and cheese in the afternoon we love it. We’ll be back. We’ll be in there twice already."
