"The grounds were wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond. The room was very nice with all of the amenities. The bathroom was clean but dated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely go back!"

"The property was renovated but still an aged property. It was as ok but not worth the price for the stay. "

"We checked in at night and there was a homeless person roaming the parking lot, who then followed us to the courtyard. We tried to tell the receptionist but the door to the reception desk was locked and we rang the bell several times and no one came out."

"Our stay was okay. The room was clean. Would have liked at least one piece of art on the wall and a desk in the room. The pool area was nice and also clean. The property itself was undergoing construction so there was a giant bin with trash overflowing in the main parking area, and stuff was stored in boxes that said old pillows in the same parking area, so all that was pretty unsightly. Staff was very pleasant and the bikes were fun but very old and quite uncomfortable seats. The continental breakfast was mid. They could do waaaaay better in terms of selection. Only plain bagels and mini muffins for pastries. Try adding danishes or a wafflle iron. Close to the beach and state street. Overall, i'd give it a 6 out of 10. "
