"We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was beautiful, located in the most convenient area, the staff is beyond helpful and cheerful and the room was perfectly clean. The room overlooked State Street, which we really enjoyed. It is our new favorite In Santa Barbara and we will hopefully return often. Many great restaurants just downstairs and we walked to the beach in about 15 minutes. Great experience!"

"the room was clean and staff was nice and friendly. the place is dated and needs major updates. the resturant in 3rd floor was not the quality you want for the prices. the gym was clean but needs some stretching area and items, like roller, bands, cube. would reccomend they remove all the fake plants everywhere."

"The check-in was so smooth and they let us check-in early. The exterior and lobby were so pretty and inviting. The room was spotless and smelled so nice. The courtyard view was cute. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was comfy, and the room was super spacious. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner smelled so nice. Breakfast was nice. Standard hotel breakfast. Green apples, bananas…no gluten free options."
