"We had only a one day trip planned and decided to try this location out. We got in late, but the young lady in the front was very nice and when I asked about popular places or things to do she gave amazing recommendations. The parking is tight spaced! We have a suburban so we had to drive very carefully because of how tight it was. This was our first visit to Santa Barbara with kids. We got in late but by first glance in the room it was neat, it would be a very tight space if you have 4 adult people. Other than everything seemed cleaned until I opened the fridge and saw there was someone’s leftover Porto’s and half bottle of wine! Then it made me second guess if they really even cleaned our room! Thankfully we were only there for that night so I didn’t want to go fuss about it. But definitely I will be checking the fridge next time. All in all, it was good for the price and time being. "

"I sent you (Expedia) a complaint email on March 19th regarding the billing for this stay, and you were supposed to reply within 72 hours. Having received no response, I followed up by email on the 25th and still haven't received a reply. I consider your silence outrageous!"

"Shower hot water hard to keep hot and valve to adjust it is very sensitive.shower stall is very small and cant move shower heat roles or right side .bed Mattress too soft and made left side of my back get tight no drawers or cabinet to store linen ,no table and just a chair to eat food .fridge is too small to store food .antique phone with land line in room ."
