"The property was under intensive renovations. The staff was very helpful but there was little they could do. There was no hot water. Maintenance said it was due to restrictions on the temperature setting. Yet admitted 4 other guests raised an issue. The room was noisy and I stayed 4 nights with the room never being cleaned."
