We were assigned our own trip ambassador whom we saw in person multiple times but also was very responsive through a WhatsApp group she set up. "This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Basic amenities were either missing or not working, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it.
