Deveria encerrar as atividades

Certamente o pior atendimento que já vi em todos hotéis que já passei na minha vida. Chega a ser triste de lembrar. Ó hotel por si só é péssimo, foi sendo construído enjambrado, não é um único prédio e chegamos num dia de muita chuva. Não tinha onde deixar o carro, são blocos distantes a se percorrer sem abas, escadas escorregadias. Não havia guarda chuva disponível. Chegamos no quarto e não tinha luz. Ficamos mais de 30 minutos esperando para que alguém se prestasse a ir lá ver que não funcionava mesmo. Nos deram outro quarto que de fato era melhor e ainda disseram que não iam cobrar extra como se tivessem fazendo o maior favor do mundo. Espero que este comentário seja postado para alertar outros visitantes (geralmente todos meus comentários negativos não são publicados)

Infelizmente o hotel esta muito antigo e muito decaido, muito mofo no quarto, as cortinas sujas, hotel esta em uma situação muito ruim.

L'hôtel est très bien, confortable, pratique et proche du centre et donc de la très belle cathédrale gothique de la ville. À ne pas manquer ! Il y a une piscine mais nous n'y sommes pas allés. Notre chambre était très grande, c'était d'ailleurs un petit studio avec coin cuisine que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Un petit problème de réservation c'est présenté, l'hôtel ne semblait pas au courant de ma réservation par l'application mais tout c'est bien passé car il y avait des chambres libres. Je suis un peu déçu par le site qui fonctionne un peu moins bien qu'à ses débuts pour les envois de messages !!

Pode melhorar

Hotel bem localizado no centro da cidade, mas que precisa de atualização. Ficamos num dos quartos novos, mas falta atenção a detalhes. No inverno, um piso frio sem nem um tapete para não colocar o pé no chão gelado é um deslize que nao tem explicação, qualquer tapete de 10 reais de supermercado serviria. o quarto era pequeno e dava uma sensação estranha pq a porta que dava para o corredor (aberto) era de vidro, então mesmo com cortina, não dá a sensação de privacidade que se espera num hotel desse porte. O cafe da manhã é bom, mas o café em si podia ser de melhor qualidade (era fraco, aguado). A vantagem principal é ter estacionamento no próprio estabelecimento, o que permite se deslocar na cidade a pé.

O atendimento na recepção rápido e eficiente. Café da manhã excelente e com bastante variedades, principalmente a funcionária explicando como eram os bolos e atenciosa. Bom estacionamento, pena não ter cobertura. Mas no geral muito bom e bem localizado.
