Room was prepaid through Expedia. Called the front desk several times while driving beginning at 11pm the night of check in to let them know I would be arriving around 3 am and they never answered the phone. When I arrived no one would come to the front desk or answer the phone still. I then called Expedia who informed me they're checking cut off time is 3:00 a.m. Forst of all...Motel 6 advertises rooms available 24/7 which is why I chose that particular hotel knowing I would be arriving late. Second... I've been employed as a hotel night auditor and I always called guests with reservations that had not arrived yet prior to closing the day but apparently the practice of good customer service has nearly phased out completely since Expedia refused to refund my money so I paid for a room that I didn't get to stay in however the Motel 6 in Watsonville was happy to accommodate me at 3:30 in the morning.

I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6 motels over the years and they’ve been simple, clean motels. This one had bloody finger prints on the inside of the door and the water smelled so weird I made it a point to get bottled water. The room next to us blast at the TV all night and the guy working the desk couldn’t be bothered to say a single word to me when I checked in. That brief glimpse was the only staff I saw in my two nights stay, and no, no one cleaned up our room after the first night. I hesitated to write a review because I don’t wanna hurt Small Business owners and I know that Motel 6 locations are franchises, but this was something that other travelers should know about. I was bummed I wasted my Expedia points on it.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in keinem fall. Habe ein Festpreis gebucht gehabt, als ich im Hotel die Kreditkarte gab. Voll auf einmal deutlich mehr von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Da ich fest ohne Rücktrittsrecht gebucht hatte, musste ich nolens volens das Quartier nehmen. Preis- Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Es gab kein Duschgel beziehungsweise Shampoo, sondern nur zwei Stück Seife. Es gab auch kein Glas im Appartement. Habe vermieden im Bett zu schlafen, sondern oben auf der Tagesdecke gelegen, weil die Schlafdecke Löcher aufwies . Mit EXPEDIA versuche ich einen deutschsprachigen Agenten zur Klärung zu bekommen, erhalte allerdings Telefonnummern, die nicht funktionieren, beziehungsweise den Hinweis in Deutschland anzurufen. Hierbei wird allerdings vergessen, dass die Telefonkosten zwecks Klärung dann sehr hoch wären.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Qualche piccolo dettaglio da rivedere ma, visto il prezzo pagato (meno della metà rispetto agli hotel della zona) e i servizi offerti, sono decisamente soddisfatta! Everything was cool. The pillows are kinda not really pillows. I reccomend bringing one if you are particular about pillows. Owners were friendly. Which is not common in santa cruz.
