Cari Town House di Santa Maria Capua Vetere

"This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

"It’s a unique and quaint property that is within easy walking distance from the train station in Naples (Napoli Centrale). The room was small but very comfortable and clean. They did have a problem with the elevator for a couple of days but it was fixed by the time we left."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem. The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. The price she showed us was $1100. Thankfully, after multiple attempts my card would not go through so I said I would just book the extra room through the expedia app. When I went to book the...

"The host never reached out to provide instructions to access the place and we had to scramble once we got there to contact them and figure it out. Otherwise the property is clean and conveniently close to the train station. That area is a bit sketchy but it’s convenient. Would’ve rated it higher if the host proactively reached out knowing we had booked and were arriving."

"Wonderful stay!"

"It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use. I had to sleep on a Murphy bed. The useable space is small, with small trash can and no place to put your stuff. At lease the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is small and simple. The location is good. Love the AC"

"Well situated by the sea, especially given the Luis Vuitton Cup yachts were practicing in the harbour. There is a lovely bakery and bar underneath the accommodation and it is easy to walk to the older part of Naples"

Consiglio vivamente a tutti."

"The location is great for seeing the historical sites such as Pompeii and Herculean. The property is in the centre of town and close to restaurants etc but not noisy. Breakfast is freshly prepared with real attention to detail and all very fresh. We cannot say how kind and helpful Vincenzo and his wife were showing such pride in their hotel and so attentive."
