"The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We were very comfortable, satisfied and safe. There is plenty of parking space inside the hotel territory. The only thing I would recommend them to improve is...

"The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day. "great place to stay. 15 metres from the train station. lovely enclosed pool so shade somewhere all day, enormous breakfast, varied and good quality evening meal. I was there during the Spanish countrywide electricity outages and the staff went out of their way to help guests who couldn’t travel onwards to spend the night in the lounges which was exceptionally gracious- well done "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The pool area is great and the beach is within a 10 minute walk. There were a couple of small niggles but nothing substantial. The bar/restaurant area seems to shut by about 10pm so we ended up buying a bottle of wine which they were very happy for us to do. The gate down to the beach is shut at 10pm which we weren't told about. Sa Reira is great - nice restaurants and the sea is really clean."
