"O hotel é muito charmoso, no segundo andar de um prédio ao estilo romano. Com elevador e acesso moderno com QR code invés de cartões. O atendimento é muito simpático e prestativo. Sempre que precisamos de ajuda dos funcionários foram muito gentis e solicitos. O Buongiorno também é um grata surpresa, já que as caminhadas por Roma são sempre bem cansativas.
