"The hotel rooms were very large and nice. There was a great view of the city from the room. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the Spanish Steps and from the Trevi fountain. The location was great. The staff was helpful and held our bags and then delivered them to our rooms. We only stayed a short time, but it was incredibly convenient. One of our rooms had excellent air conditioning but the second struggled to keep up with the heat. The elevator to the reception area can be tricky,...

"The rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only minor thing is that we wish the air conditioning is a bit more stronger. But again that seemed like a common issue in Italy."
