"O hotel é muito charmoso, no segundo andar de um prédio ao estilo romano. Com elevador e acesso moderno com QR code invés de cartões. O atendimento é muito simpático e prestativo. Sempre que precisamos de ajuda dos funcionários foram muito gentis e solicitos. O Buongiorno também é um grata surpresa, já que as caminhadas por Roma são sempre bem cansativas. "Very very old elevator. Get stuck on floors when empty. Therefore, people on other floor have to climb stairs. Happened to us about half the time."

"Would highly recommend staying here. Check in was quick and simple with clear instructions since we arrived after hours. The car service they arranged from the airport was great. We booked the room with the sauna and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long flight. The location is excellent and walking distance to many main attractions. "The place was very clean and modern style updated. It was less than 5 min walk to the trevi fountain and steps away from food options. There was also a supermarket right across the street to grab some things to snack on or grab a bottle of something. The roof top deck area is really nice but we didn't get to enjoy it too much because it was so hot, even at night. They have ice and water on the roof top, along with snacks and coffee machine ( with milk sugar and milk in the fridge). They...

"We loved our stay here! It was close enough to walk to many locations and an easy Uber ride to others! It was in a nice quoet neighborhood where thr only real noise were the birda chirping and an occasional honking horn. The staff were kind and accommodating, the quad room was perfect for our family of 4 and the AC was pumping well during our very hot stay! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone!"
