Place was great! Super clean, great service, great location and loved the roof top deck! My husband and I grabbed some wine and sat up there numerous times during our stay! Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to do the extras and were very attentive. The room was sparkling clean. The hot tub was great at night after a long day. The air conditioning is the best we've had in all of Italy. The location is perfect for shopping and walking to nearby attractions.

Absolutely wonderful, excellent location. Walkable to many sites such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a bit further the Collesium. Many eateries near by, sounds weird but an excellent pls r yo shop is the Renaissance Mall right up the street - beautiful shops - excellent restaurants and a rooftop bar and restaurant. Also, don’t miss the small cafe directly next to The hotel. Yummy pastries and oh so delicious cappuccino. Last as nd certainly not least. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. I highly give a great big thank you to Princess, she made our stay excellent!! We will be back!!! Judy & Neal. Choi (forgive my spelling 😎)

Room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent and 5 minutes walk to Barberini metro station. A short walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. About 20 minutes walk to Colosseum. Be prepared to carry your luggage up & down the stairs of the station. Staff were helpful. It’s easier to check-in while front desk is open because you need a door code to enter the building. The door could easily missed.

Casa Guttman is an excellent choice for people who want to explore the historical zone with ease… Facility was amazing, very clean, and excellent staff, Princess was very helpful in any directions or information that we needed! I highly recommend this for anybody wishing to stay in the historic zone!

Small room but clean and modern. Staff was polite and helpful. Checkout was strict and early but they offered to store our bags so we could explore a little longer. The rooftop coffee hang out was a nice touch. The location was very close to the Trevi fountain and places to eat. Lastly, we arrived after the check in window but the staff sent us the code so we didn’t have any issues on our first stay. It was a good stay.

The small hotel is tucked away off a side street that is in a great location, within a short walk of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The facility is very modern and tastefully decorated. Despite being in an area with lots of noise from the street, the rooms are quiet due to the well-insulated windows. We appreciated the in-room coffee and the coffee and water on the pleasant roof-top patio. We will stay here again on our next visit!
