"This property is awesome. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Not something you always find, especially as an American who butchers the Italian language lol. They gave excellent advice and always had a smile waiting for us when we got back from exploring the city. We would absolutely book with them again. The AC was great, the rooftop terrace is def a perk and the location by the colosseum can’t be beat."

"Our host was very friendly and the room was clean helpful. The location was easy to walk to the sights. The room was clean. No complaints."

"Great location for access to the central train station. Clean updated room with excellent AC, and nice bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful."

The suite was large with good facilities, was very clean and the owner who greeted us every day was very helpful. He was keen to ensure that all our needs were met and even helped us when we had a problem at an attraction with our I.Ds. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"Clean room with extra space, with (classic) elevator, which was an extra bonus to have! Located VERY CLOSE to the Vatican City and Tevere River. Morning strolls along the river with a view of Castello d’Angelo was something that we’ll always remember. It is still walkable to all the major sights within the old city (if you’d like to). Restaurants and convenient stores near by and also there’s a place to store your big luggage for a fee near by until your check-in time. Check-in process is very...
