Struttura non idonea ad accogliere ma soprattutto a gestire l’ospitalità per clienti in arrivo dopo le 17 ed in partenza prima delle 9 del mattino. Malgrado l’accesso con codice sia utile anche in assenza di reception, risulta assurdo il fatto che il cliente non sia reso edotto su dove debba fare la colazione e non possa neanche registrarsi se per ragioni personali o di lavoro debba lasciare la struttura prima delle 9. Nel nostro caso specifico una colazione pagata 29 euro in più rispetto alla sola stanza non è stata garantita ed al nostro reclamo neanche rimborsata

Min datter og jeg hadde 5 overnattinger og alt var veldig bra. Vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte, deilig frokost, perfekt beliggenhet. Hotellet åpnet i mai så alt var nytt og fint. En veldig fin takterrasse som de absolutt burde gjøre mer ut av, det hadde vært prikken over i’en hvis de kan ha frokostservering i tilknytningen til denne. Vi kommer gjerne igjen ved neste besøk til Roma ❤️
