"Nice hotel but big car park before the lake so partial view.....rooms beautifully kept and designed....bar food by the pool disappointing....especially the lasagne which tasted like it was from the microwave....not good enough for a 4 star hotel....some reception staff need to be a bit more welcoming and friendly (Simona??)...this is after all a people business. Breakfast needs a bit more fresh fruit and maybe need to offer 'free' freshly squeezed orange juice and not orange squash"

"Lovely, traditional family ran Hotel, with a perfect location within Sirmione. Just a couple of minutes walk from the busy center, it is close enough, yet set back so quiet with lake side access. Would love to go back to Lake Garda, and Sirmione would most likely be where we went, and if we did- Then Hotel Serenella would definitely be where i would want to stay"

"Hotel was in a great location for old town, only issue we had was walking with our luggage through old town to get there as only certain cars are allowed in. Fortunately at the end of our stay we found one that collected us from the hotel. Room was good. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay there again"

"The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The charming building has well appointed rooms - nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. We were traveling by car and they helped us with instructions for parking and getting the shuttle to and from the hotel. The breakfast was served in the restaurant nearby and was excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had a great stay! 3 couples and 2 dogs. We were in 3 Lake view rooms with balconies. It was extremely hot weather while we were there so we didn’t make use of the spa features. We swam in the gorgeous pools and the lake from the jetty that extended from the property. We parked at the Grifo parking that provides golf cart service on arrival and departure (by far the best solution with the extremely narrow streets and tons of pedestrians!!) The only hurdle was that one person in our group arrived on a later day and, even though the parking was for the full stay, we couldn’t use the golf cart service for her arrival. The front desk and poolside staff stood out as exceptional. The included breakfast was very good."
