"Breakfast included was in this beautiful gold dining room. Best included breakast ever. so many choices. We had the Family room for the 5 of us, but with the pull out couch it would have fit a family of 7, hard to find a family room in Lisbon but this was perfect with our kids. We would def stay here again - location was perfect/ central, walking distance to many things, live music outside our window in evenings. Staff were wonderful."

"Had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. Beds were comfortable, and lots of hot water in the shower. Lively area, lots of bars and restaurants. Amazing location to walk around and see all the sights. Staff were pleasant, and helpful - provided recommendations in the area. We took the shuttle to the airport, since our flight home was in the middle of the night. We were told 25 Euros when we reserved it, but when we paid for it, we were charged 30 Euros, plus an extra euro because we paid with credit card (we weren't told it required cash). Just an FYI for anyone looking to book the shuttle. Confirm amount and pay at time of reservation to avoid any changing of price."
