Our room was always well taking care of. Housekeeping was fantastic. Staff was super helpful and spoke English when they had a chance to with us. We will be back.

It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

The house we stayed in was nice and clean. The only issue was the internet and they got that fixed asap for us. We would definitely stay again when we return to Oaxaca.

La casa, excelente. Solo el trato no es muy atento, invaden la privacidad sin avisar, entrando a la casa NO RESPETAN CHECK-IN, NO CHECK-OUT, COMO LO MANEJA LA APLICACIÓN Y no lo especifican al inicio que Será el horario que ellos decidan

The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix.
