"Very helpful staff. Arranged transit from FCO to hotel with driver waiting for us at the airport. Also arranged for shuttle from hotel to cruise terminal; these transfers are for a few. Wifi and nice buffet breakfast was included at no extra cost. We found the bed a bit stiff but was okay for one night and rate it 4/5. All else we rate as 5/5."

"Fantastic staff! From reception to the breakfast cafe and luncheon cafe personnel, just great people. Room cleaning staff kept the place awesome also! Life guard was incredibly careful and responsible for us as we swam and also prepared chairs and umbrella.s for everyone. Really a great team. The property itself needs updating and paint maintenance to make it a serious destination consideration. Did not appreciate the dollar squeezing and conveniences holdbacks - like no bottle openers in rooms, water not replenished daily, tea bags not replenished, and having to pay to use hot tun (which heater was broken and they didn't charge us), towels to sit on loungers are charged also. Once they get this place looking and working like a 4 or 5 star hotel - watch out. Higher rates, but with their great people and everything working like a top rated resort - no problem. Prepare to bring children to another sandy beach nearby. Not very safe for seniors, and children on primarily large rock beach with steep entry angle."
