"I had an incredible experience at this hotel. Firstly, the service from the staff is amazing; the valley at the door help with your bags, all the way to packing them in/out of the car, the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room itself was huge, had a very cute balcony, and the views were amazing. You could see the city, mountains and the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable, including the hotel robe.
