"I asked for an upstairs room when I made my reservations but was put in a downstairs handicap room with short closets, a light that went on every time you entered the bathroom even in the middle of the night but turned off when I was in the shower. Only one plug in by bed and no plug by the desk. And we did not get our wake-up call so we were late to our granddaughters graduation. And the people up stairs must have checked in very late because they dropped what sounded like a heavy metal...

"The room was adequate but nothing special. There was some long dark hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. I like the fact that the windows open so fresh air can be enjoyed in the room. For the price, I feel like there should have been some additional more upscale amenities, such as Nespresso or similar coffee in the room or at the very least in the lobby. "Stayed 2 nights. Some people like super hot showers. I’m not one of them. I was forced to suffer through an unpleasant lukewarm shower on morning #1. Later that day the staff told me they fixed the problem. Not so. The water was slightly colder on morning #2, so I didn’t even bother. 0 for 2 on showers—definitely setting a record low in my experience."
