"The place has been in SP since my childhood, sadly no attention is given to details! Bathroom fixtures-RUSTED!! It would take $30 dollars to replace and easily installed, but owner obviously not bothered. Place was booked, money should be reinvested in property!!!! It does have charm at a distance."

"The rooms felt freshly renovated in this historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back patio area was very inviting. Our room was spacious and had more amenities than I was expecting (like a tiny kitchenette area). I do wish the bed had more than two pillows on it. We arrived after hours so we didn’t have the ability to ask for more. Other than that, I would stay here again."

"We stayed for just one night. It was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was sold out. It was an absolute disaster. There were teenagers everywhere. It must have been sports teams . It was noisy and messy and I didn't get much sleep at all since we were on the 1st floor right next to the lobby. The breakfast area was so dirty and there was barely enough food. Overall a very unsatisfying experience, especially for $300/night!"

"The hotel staff was great! It was fun to stay in an iconic hotel I grew up near. The hotel room was clean but the floor was dusty. Towels were clean and fresh. The mattress is much more firm than we've slept on which wasn't comfortable to us but thats a preference thing. The shower head is fixed into position and sprayed the back left corner of the shower so you have to lean up against the shower wall to rinse off fully. We love the larger sized refrigerator with mini freezer. Thank you!"

"The staff and property were great. We arrived after check in time and had to wait 15 mins until our room was ready. Because of that, we were comped a free Margarita at the bar. Mattress was not comfortable because of slight dip in the middle. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway at midnight. Final invoice charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room, which we did not drink. They said they’d remove that charge, so, we’ll see. Unless nothing else is available, we won’t be staying...

"A lovely location and nice property. Comfortable bed and lots of streaming services offered without charge excellent hospitality by staff. The only glitch was the shower… I felt like I was fighting with the register throughout the shower as it kept going from hot to cold."

"Look this is a Motel 6 and they didn’t change the name so expect on older run down establishment. Flies were in the room by the window when we walked in. The door isn’t aligned proper so the door doesn’t truly seal shut. The light bulb was burnt out in the bathroom. The bed is literally touching the ac wall unit (literally pressed right on it). And when housekeeping is cleaning other rooms they are so loud when they roll their cart by the hallway. Staff was really friendly and helpful so that...
