Hotel Murah di Santa Rita

"Absolutely the worst hotel we have been to. We travel with a pet, so we're usually not that particular about the condition of the hotel. Still, we had to leave after 20 min. When we walked into the room, we noticed the funky smell. Well, every hotel has a particular smell from the cleaning agent they use, but it wasn't that kind of smell. It was a dirty smell. Then we used the toilet after a long drive. The toilet paper holder was off the wall completely. Well, at least toilet paper was there....

"Enjoyed our stay. Very clean suite"

"Great hotel, clean and nice."

"Front desk, not a warm welcome by the staff not even a greeting. I had to ask about breakfast, and how the air conditioning worked, because it was different from others. The lady in the breakfast area looked that she wanted the guests to finish and go. So she can clean. The breakfast was ok. Not better than Best Western Plus. The room was decent cleaned, but a lamp was not working. The soap bottle was empty. For me it looked that it was a good building and furniture, but inefficient care of the...

"Hotel was filthy. My kids socks were black after walking from the couch to the bed. We talked to the front desk staff about this and she said it was due to not having enough time to clean rooms in between guests and awarded me points for the inconvenience."

"This hotel is such a gem! It has a unique design that makes the experience even more special. Check-in was quick, the restaurant food was delicious, and the rooms were clean. The weekend breakfast is comfort food. We loved it! Although it’s an older hotel, that’s part of its charm! There is so much for kids to do! My boys loved the pool, arcade games, playground, and air hockey. It was a little cold outside, so having all these activities indoors was perfect. If I could give this hotel 10...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked three nights to stay here but we only stayed for two and decided to check out early. During both nights of our stay, the building-wide commercial fire alarm malfunctioned and went off randomly in the middle of the night and early morning hours, causing severe sleep deprivation. Even worse, the staff dismissed it as a "glitch" and explicitly instructed guests to ignore active fire alarms and stay in their rooms, a massive safety hazard and legal liability. Management...

"My stay was nice and quiet. Always a great stay here."

"Been staying here for the past 2 months and have no problems or issues whatsoever"

"The desk staff were very helpful, The room was excellent. I usually stay here while in San Angelo, but this was probably my best experience"

"Great!!!"

"Absolutely loved this place and only wish we had more time. Came in late Saturday and had to leave early Sunday morning. Kitschy, artistic and well maintained. Wanted to learn everything about the whole place. Next time we’ll eat at the fabulous farm to table restaurant"
