Room was not clean! Found hair in window seal, air conditioner barely worked due to filters being clogged! No phone in room. Barely had hot water and water pressure sucked! I won't be booking with this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean. The restaurants were nice. The only thing was that my family and I went on an excursion, we were dropped off by the tram and wasn’t told we had to get our own way back. Otherwise, it was a great visit!
