"Property was very clean and comfortable with an Italian feel. Rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable. Our dog was happy staying with us. Breakfast was a buffet with several choices.
We Only wish the bathroom had safety bars for senior guests."

"If you care about your respiratory health do not stay here! We couldn't stay in our room due to the intense chemical smells. It made our throats burn, our eyes water, and our kids cough.
If you value easy communication with staff do not stay here! I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of anyone at the hotel (calls, direct emails and emails through Expedia) to let them know about our health concerns regarding the room and haven’t been able to reach anyone or get a reply back.

"What a pleasant surprise!! Beautiful part of the California Coast and we had a whole cottage to ourselves with an ocean view! They could use a Wi-Fi extender.. that's the only criticism."

"Went for an overnight stay with kids. We had a suite which was large enough for the 4 of us. Views were beautiful and the restaurant across the street was great with good service. Cute little town with lots of beaches. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant."

"I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances.."

"The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great."
