"The room was okay, the bedsheet/top sheet is dirty and theres peanut on the floor i was about to complain about it, but then its only one night so we just let it go. The light fixture is broken as well. The housekeeper was in the hallway in 17th floor and his cart was full of bath towels, i requested if he could give me 1 bath towel and he said it should be delivered in my room. He could have just give it or hand it to me as i am holding a baby and a toddler by my side. I waited and nothing came to give me the bath towel this is around 4 pm. The breakfast was a chaos because we are waiting to get a table and some people are just cutting off the line where the front end should know that its a line up and not allowing the people that’s cutting off. The told the front end if she notice that people are just cutting off the line which is unfair to some people that are waiting, she apologize at the end. "
