"Staying here confirmed why we love the Best Western Plus brand. The hotel has a good sized pool to enjoy on a warm evening. The rooms are good sized and all have private balconies or patios. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable. The location is near a Highway 101 interchange, making it it easy to get to and away from. There's nothing nearby to recommend, but downtown Santa Rosa is about a 10 minute drive. Breakfast has many choices. There is patio seating by the pool. All in all, a very clean and comfortable hotel at reasonable rates. We would stay here again. "

"Housekeeping knocked on our door twice the day we were checking out asking when we were leaving. Check out is at noon and they asked at 9 am and 11 am. Not a good way to end our stay, feeling rushed out of our room. The connecting room to our king bed suite had no A/C. Just a fan. The place is meh. "
