Gorgeous hotel, newly decorated with lovely staff. Location couldn’t have been better for the town and beach. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

Luma was a pleasant surprise during our Sardinia travels. The facility had been remodeled and was very clean and modern. We had the larger room (~30 SQM) that facilitated our excessive luggage. The morning breakfast was simple but was fit for purpose.

We had a lovely stay at Luma Relais de Charme. Sonia and the staff we welcoming and always helpful. The check-in process was simple, we even enjoyed a room upgrade to have a nice large balcony. The continental breakfast was delicious everyday with attentive servers. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was located centrally with quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions! Thank you!!

We had an amazing time, very clean and well maintained rooms, the A/C helped a lot with our sleep. Location was perfect, very close to the lovely town centre, also very close to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel, hard to get disappointed :) Also the lady at the reception was very lovely and helpful x

Super clean and updated. The room had so much space and the patio area was huge. It was also VERY hot when I was there and the rooms AC worked so well. Sonia was incredibly helpful in finding local things to do and helping with transportation. She always answered my questions promptly. The breakfast was also wonderful!! The location is perfect and just a block from the central Piazza, but on a quiet street.

Beautiful! Everything from easy check in, the lovely clean smell when you entered the property, the immaculate room, and small touches. It’s in a perfect location, and we would absolutely go back. We found parking nearby very easily, but might be a problem in peak season.

This has been by far the best B&B I have ever been in Italy. It's new, beautifully decorated. The shower is amazing, big and wonderful, the bed is super comfortable, the room spacious and beautiful. The service is fenomenal, with curated and personalized breakfast that you choose everyday. Martha was wonderful making my delicious breakfast everyday. Sonia at front desk was outstanding, always kind, friendly and available for anything I needed. The beach, 2 minutes walk, restaurants right outside the place, the main plaza couple of blocks away. Love every moment there, I will be back for sure. Thank you, Sonia and Martha.

Wow!! Truly amazing. I had originally booked a 5-star expensive hotel for our honeymoon. It was disappointing and thankfully we found this hotel last minute. They allowed for an early check in. It is spotless! So clean! Everything is new and in perfect condition. It smells amazing. The staff is so friendly and had our breakfast ready every morning. They saw me rushing out one day and packed me breakfast to go. Location is perfect. It’s walkable. In less than 5 minutes you are at the white sand beach and can swim or a several restaurants and shops. We don’t use our car much except to drive to other nearby beautiful beaches. WiFi was fast & the check in process was easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This charming little b&b surpasses expensive hotels we have stayed at in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location, few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants/shops. Very clean and newly renovated rooms. Sonia and Marta were very accommodating and made our stay all we could ask for. Marta made sure to provide gluten free options for my partner at breakfast, which was particularly appreciated. Would stay again!

It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. When we arrived it was hot, humid and sticky in the room, Sonia said to wait it will cool down with time. When my wife brought it up to her 5 hours later she came over told us to leave and she would give us a refund the next day if we did. Since we booked with Expedia she claimed their office was closed and she couldn’t reach them to refund our money. That was a LIE. I called Expedia and they were open. They called the manager Sonia right in front of my eyes and asked if she would approve the refund. She started playing games saying she didn’t speak English yet she was there with her friend who translated everything to us and was able to translate with Expedia. Sonia refused to give any form of refund even though she took our room keys and spoke to the owner several times on her cell phone ensuring our refund would be approved. We were stuck in the middle of an island we didn’t know, during prime season when all hotels were completely booked. At this time it was getting dark in the evening hours. A complete nightmare you could say. Not a vacation anyone would ever want. BEWARE OF THIS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR VACATION. NONE OF THIS WAS WORTH THE HASSLE.
