We arrived in the evening after our ferry docked late, and the man who welcomed us could not have been more friendly or obliging. Although I had mentioned we had a dog when booking that hadn't been noted, but the staff immediately turned all heating on in the downstairs apartment they keep for dog owners, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. He also recommended a nearby place for us to get a meal. This would not be a place we would want to stay for a holiday but for an overnight...

I was waiting for my house to become available for me to move into and wanted an apartment so I would be able to cook for myself and not have to pay a lot for cooked food or live on takeaways. Check in took a longer time than I thought it should have but I was happy with the apartment. It was just me in the room and the double bed was very comfortable and the heating was very good, some would say too good, but it was simple to work. The shower was inconveniently shaped and quite small but the...

The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and they provided extra covers and towels which i...

Very modern apartment with everything you would need for a great stay. Beds and sofa bed were all really comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the football stadium. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean room, great size, good location, well equipped. Would have preferred if there was a safe in the room.

Lovely apartment very close to beautiful beach. Apartment is huge and immaculately clean. Large basement garage with easy parking, very useful as there is limited public parking in the area. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only regret we only stayed one night, as the apartment and this area would be perfect for a longer stay.

Great place to explore

Clean, great locarjon

There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).

This was the perfect 2 bed apartment. We needed an emergency single night when our flight home was cancelled, and this property fit the bill perfectly. We wished we’d stayed there all week! Great location, easy access to the old town and shopping / restaurant areas of the town. Beautiful property, super clean. Minimalist, but in a very well thought out way. Every detail was thought through. Incredible shower (in the main and en suite), USB ports so adapters not needed. Comfy beds and...

Clean, comfortable apartment in a very central location. Very quiet at night which we appreciated! Friendly and helpful check in staff. Housekeeping took place even during our short stay of 3 nights. Not a service we have experienced in other apartments on our travels so again, appreciated. Restaurants, supermarkets etc all nearby. Highly recommend.

Great room with all the amenities! We had a welcome pack with coffee, tea, washing up liquid, tablet for the dishwasher and washing machine. All the small details covered! Excellent experience!

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77...
