"The room was small and not fancy but very clean and maintained. The bathroom was larger than we expected and also very clean. The hotel staff (the front desk of the hotel across the street serves both hotels) was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It's a great location, too. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Santander."

"La verdad es una gran opción. El servicio y amabilidad, inmejorable. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que es un hotel de auto servicio en cuanto a check-in y check-out, y no tiene restaurante, ni cafetería, ni bar. Pero, aunque no parezca al principio, está muy bien ubicado. Y si uno se pone exigente, el baño podría estar un poquito más amplio. Por ejemplo, no hay pañuelos desechables.
Pero es una estupenda opción. E insisto, el servicio, limpieza, cuarto en general, de 10!!!"
