Rumah Penginapan di Santiago

"The hotel is located on a steep hill. No taxi will pick up or drop off here. You have to walk up the hill from the town plaza. The bath room had an awful smell the whole time. There is no sound proofing at all. We could hear the people across the hall and the staff in the kitchen down below."

"Overall, the stay was okay. However, it was sometimes difficult to leave the accommodation, especially when we had activities or tours scheduled in the morning. Most of the time, the host was sleeping, so we had to wait for him to wake up and unlock the door for us."

"Excelente"

"Excellent. Spanish only. Have translation app if necessary. Half the price of comparable English speaking properties."

"This place is horrible, there is zero communication with the staff, no direction on how to get into the building, no information whatsoever!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

No esperes lujos."

On a changé d’hôtel.

"I had some challenges with check-in but the staff made an extra effort to make things right, which I appreciated."

"The room was moldy and windows were left open to try to hide it. Don’t stay here! It’s shady!"
