A romantic get away

"This was my second stay at Parco De Caribe. After I booked I called spoke with Eliezer who is extremely friendly and customer service oriented . I asked and without hesitation for extra services as I was on a romantic getaway and wanted to surprise my girlfriend. My requests were met and exceeded my expectations my girlfriend was wowed and grateful . Thank you very much Eliezer for taking care of my requests the other hotel employees also assisted . The hotel is great. My requests were met my girlfriend glad. The staff customer oriented. Shout out to Eliezer and team. My romantic get away made spectacular. Thank you very much "
