Fantastic staff. Even the security guards were extremely helpful. The patio on the 4th floor is a blessing.great quality hotel. The breakfast was also very tasty. So much to say about this great hotel.

Totally outdated rooms had to change 3 times in the executive floor elec no air conditioning old windows noise restaurant and gym were good other wise never stay there again

Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino
Clean room, friendly staff, pool was very nice. They had a Mariachi band during dinner; very nice. we had a good time. My wife really loved the Casino. Fridays and Saturdays they had live Merengue Bands inside casino area.
