"If you enjoy a fabulous view, spotless room which is very atmospheric, A wonderful home-made breakfast provided by Susanna in a delightful dilapidated little village. This one is for you! A unique experience. Thank you. ☺️"

"He stayed at this hotel for the Arocha grand Sassa 2025. It was an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and made it very fun. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us. Love the coffee and the tune espresso macchiato put on especially for us thanks for the stay and will be back again. "

"Todo correcto y se portaron muy bien cin nuestro perro. El desayuno muy bueno"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

"Large space room. Good location. Kind staff."

"Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again."

"Moderna e pulita, colazione grandiosa!"

"Everything is very average about this place"

"Hotel in ottima posizione per poter godere del panorama montano e per poter fare passeggiate in famiglia sulla neve. La stanza è stata abbastanza confortevole per una famiglia di quattro persone, pulita e dotata dei confort essenziali, andrebbe però fatta qualche piccola manutenzione al bagno privato. "Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. The pool wasn't really a pool, but more like a pond—and on top of that, it was full of insects and grass. As the lady at reception said, it’s not a swimming pool but more like a pond... This should have been clearly...

"very convenient, modern place with easy access to cafes, restaurants, right in the middle of town.."

"Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!"
