"Exactly what we needed. Clean. Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Air conditioned. Perfect."

"Terrible room, we paid 200 euros for the room. There were cockroaches, it smelled like feet, they gave us a handicapped room, and the staff were trying to put up a fight with us over us changing the room. Any hotel is better than this, even a motel. The staffs do real good disservice to you for 200 euros, they cant even clean up after peoples messes in the rooms. Overall, a terrible hotel with an unhealthy environment, bad hygiene, almost awful customer service, and unchanged bed sheets. 0/10."

"Hotellets läge, den vackra naturen runt omkring och renligheten var utmärkta. Tyvärr frukosten inte alls upp till standard. Det varma utbudet bestod i princip bara av ägg och bacon, och de kändes ofta gamla och inte nygjorda. Grönsakerna var begränsade till gurka och tomat, som dessutom ofta såg ut att ha stått framme länge. Fruktutbudet bestod nästan enbart av vattenmelon och ibland fanns det persikor, men i mycket begränsad mängd. Den kaffemaskin som gjorde det bättre kaffet var dessutom...

"The experience here was 12/10! We stayed here over the course of a couple of days for a wedding we were attending and this place is a must stay if you're in the area. The staff were wonderful across the board and the hotel itself is situated in a very scenic, peaceful area. Rooms were very clean, the property was well maintained, and the daily breakfast was hands down one of the best I've had. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"Although the hotel is a distance from the central area of Florence, it was a peaceful location and easily accessed by tram and bus routes. The room itself is spacious and comfortable and the shower/bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was a small buffet and was delicious. I would recommend this hotel, particularly to solo travellers like myself!"
