"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "My husband and I changed our booking from another hotel to this one and we had no regrets! We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff and the location. It’s literally across the street from Tierra del Sol and walking distance to everything. Also the courtyard where the restaurant was located was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast there on one of our more relaxing days. Can’t wait to stay here again!"
