"It was a very pleasant stay..i cant even move on from the experience. Definetely going back to this hotel and santorini.. The hotel staffs are very helpful and informative. I had to catch a very early flight and i ask the hotel if i can had an early breakfast (5am) and they manage to do that. Soo happy! The minor complaint is only about the variety of the food (but not really a problem)."

"We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality. Staff was always friendly...

"The attention from the staff was excellent. Especially Niko He provided his personal cell number. He was available round the clock. A defective power converter tripped breakers in our unit at midnight and he came right over from his home to fix it. His recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. "当日までにホテルから空港ピックアップが必要かなどのメールが数回届いた。ホスピタリティあふれるホテルと期待して訪問した。娘の手違いで人数の変更などが伝わっていなかったが、速やかに丁寧に対応してくれて嬉しかった。ホテルのロケーション、部屋、設備、レストランは素晴らしい。部屋からは紺碧の空、また沈みゆく夕日がみえて素晴らしかった。部屋は広く寛げた。部屋のジャグジーからの景色や、洞窟プールで楽しんだ。素敵な休暇になった。セーフティボックスが壊れていたため貴重品を持ち歩いたのが残念なところ。またこのホテルに滞在したい。"
